yeah, maybe. Now with the bag track feature in the app it is o.k. I have been stuck before for 45-60 mins a the baggage claim waiting for my bag ... which never arrived because UA put it on an earlier flight and it was already at the baggage office. Missed my last bus home and sent the bill for the taxi to UA ...they paid.
So yes, theoretically it is great ... but they got to let the customer know.
