Ticket issued but credit card not charged
I booked a fully flex J ticket on lh.com and it sat as a pending transaction on my credit card account for a week and then disappeared completely.
I have checked whether the booking is still live, and it is. I have tried changing the date of the booking and all seems to work although there is some very odd info given :-

I am not surprised by the odd £2.82 "fare difference" (rpbably something to do with a minor FX change) but have no idea what the reference to a £1,000 refund is all about.
As it happens, i need to cancel and "refund" the ticket. Any clues as to what is going on here ??
