About a year back I was travelling with a friend and after getting our boarding passes we went for a cocktail (or two ) outside of security. Somehow we managed to switch boarding passes and only realized that after we got on the plane. TSA even managed to 'match' his boarding pass to my ID and same at gate check (they will still doing gate checks to ID's back then).
