There's a useful dropdown menu on the DL website that indicates which lounges one can access under what circumstances.
JFK-LAS/SEA/SAN/PHX all have at least one D1 flight a day each way. All flights JFK-LAX/SFO are D1. JFK/DTW/ATL/MSP-HNL are also D1.
