I emailed BA last week about a fairly minor complaint although it was still a complaint.

Our flight to JNB the crew kept me awake talking and laughing in the galley and fobbed me off with some 23 degree at night policy!

My screen also wouldn't fully lock into place so I had to sit at a slight angle to see the screen properly.

25,000 for my troubles at first asking which was a very nice and correct response. Thats how to deal with a loyal customer unlike the fight they used to put up.

Just thought I'd let you all know.
