"Can be" is a massive understatement. Unless you know what you're looking for it's nearly impossible. And if you do know, it remains confusing. As a lawyer, I realize they need to lawyer these things up, but it sure would be good if they had a "plain English" version of some of the key terms/features. Indeed, if they're lowering the change fee to $120 presumably that's a point worth marketing. They're not doing it because they love customers.
