I am planning a road trip round Texas next spring, and with the weakness of the pound think it will be a good time to burn some points. However rather than book hotels in advance I want to be able to go where the spirit takes me some of the time.

Can I make a reward booking using the app earlier in the day for that night? Could I even redeem points for a reward night at a front desk when I arrive?
