I have taken the bus many times. Very easy, fast and convenient. You do a quick check with CBSA (make sure to fill your declaration card since there are no NEXUS kiosk) and head downstairs to the bus. The bus will bring you to domestic gates without having to reclear security. You might have to wait for the bus to fill up however.
