$120 Change Fee (some TPAC flights) — not $300 — on International Y ticket
Have a RT next month in Y, CHO - IAD - NRT - IAD - CHO
Changed return online to:
HND - SFO (15 hour layover to visit a friend) - ORD - CHO

Surprised that I was only charged a change fee of $120 — in past I have seen international change fees of the usual $300
Also, the ticket price was $220 less than I paid originally and got that back immediately in an ETC

Has UA changed their change fees on international in general or is this random?
