Shorthaul Emergency Exit rows are free for Silver/OWS from time of booking & Bronze/OWR from T-7. It’s only long haul exit rows that are charged for non Gold/OWE. Seat blocking may restrict options for Silver/Bronze eg. if there are Golds in A&C then B could be blocked or if the exit row is in first couple of rows in Economy
