TK does make BA look good with regarding settling claims promptly.
Unfortunately this has not been my experience with TK.
BA has always responded quickly and positively, TK told me I had to go to their ticket office and claim which was B******T. Eventually found someone who knew the real rules and got paid.
Still waiting for replies to two other claims/complaints from TK, only been a month so far...
