I hate the Int'l office of PC help line

I called there today with what I thought was a simple question, had the absolute worst line connection possible, I think I would have had better success with a piece of yarn & 2 tin cans.....

I called with a simple question, confirm my 2 hotel rooms for an upcoming reservation.....she told me she was not able of answering this, would have to call a manager because I had 2 rooms....I asked her what is the difference between 1 or 100 rooms?.....said she is not permitted to answer that..............what are you allowed to answer?.....

the other thing that I really hate.....everytime I call there, I ask did you get my PC # that I keyed in over the phone pad, they said sure, THEY repeat it to me, my address everything in there....what if I was a crook....hmmm...identity theft...I asked this same girl, can you NOT offer my information, merely ask me to confirm everything that you would like to know, from a security standpoint this is a much safer means, I think you will all agree....she said not required by the laws of the land the reside in...I asked what country is that....she said not allowed to say...I said I would like to know what other laws that we as PC customers should know about....moreover I would like to know what country I am talking to....finally she admitted Philipines (sp?).......so I go back to my question, can you NOT offer my information, said she will leave a note on the system....I said great....I know the Utah office, did not offer info, always asked me to confirm it.....she said she will leave a note on the system, I said great.....so what do I do, call back 10 min later, I get the Phil. office, its a guy this time, I ask did you get my PC #, surely, let me confirm it...reads it ALL back to me, my home address etc.....then goes on to say please hold, there is a special message here...I said ok....he then tells me...do u know there is a note here that says please do not read back this data...UGHHHHHHHHHH thanks...

ok now back to my original question....what about my 2 rooms....she said, let me get a supervisor....I didnt even respond, said ok....supervisor comes on pretty quick (1 thing that is right).....I asked about my 2 reservations, she said I should call the hotel directly.......I am like hello...what are you for....then I ask for that hotels direct #....she asked do I have internet access, I said sure, she then says all this info. can be found there.....well what the hell are you for.................

I hope your luck is better than mine.....

I hope that the folks from PC read this......you have a customer that spends 80 + nights at your hotels, when I travel I take an average of 3 rooms.... I book 4 meeting/banquent halls a year.....get ready to lose a contract from this guy.....

Any 1 care to tell me why I shouldn't fire these bafoons?
