Hard to keep track with all these BA seating changes. It used to be that at check in time, anyone can select the exit rows free - now they seem to still charge even at T-24. Do these seats ever become free for blue and no status passengers?

If not and the flight is full - I’m guessing it’s just luck of the draw!
