This. Theoretically they have an interline agreement (per EF) but in reality odds are low. Still worth asking to save yourself the hassle.
Otherwise I think you have to take the Domestic ---> International bus shuttle in which case I hope you've planned a fairly lengthy layover to account for the transit time. Not sure how exactly it operates -- ATL website only details it going from International ---> Domestic but presumably it has to go back in the other direction:
A free shuttle service is available from the international terminal. Shuttles leave at the curb outside the international terminal and drop off passengers at the west end of the domestic terminal. Passengers also can take the Plane Train from the international terminal to the domestic terminal.
