Hey everyone... Worst or not, have you seen Thai or Singapore Airlines sites? They would be in a direct competition...

BTW, being in the field (not directly User Experience, but close enough - I am part of a team that currently develops "new standard" software for Massive Open Online Courses where we have tens of thousands students in each individual course) you will never satisfy everyone... The plethora of devices, browsers and apps makes your head spinning even before you start. There is no real standard (HTML5 anyone?) people do things their way and then blame others...

Just to make sure - I am not defending VA's site, but TBH, those few times I had to use it, I did not encounter any issues...
