Yes. All gates are connected airside. No need to go through security. I assume you're taking about carry-on bags and not checked luggage.

If you're on a single ticket, your checked bags will automatically transfer. If you're on different tickets, you'll need to claim your bags at domestic baggage claim and take the shuttle bus to the international terminal. (If you're flying Delta on two different tickets, you should be able to get them to thru check your luggage at your first airport.)
