That, and you're almost guaranteed to lose an upgrade/take a downgrade--the few times I've inquired in the past 2 years have netted that choice.
SDFC is nice to have if you *need* the flexibility for a pretty good reason; I'm usually on personal travel on my own dime and would rather keep my seat in F.
