+1. I love flying with virgin and their overall experience for domestic flights but hate the website (booking) experience. Issues around logging in multiple times, no option to save credit card details, if you use browser to auto fill credit card details - it still doesn't work. Luckily being a platinum, my call gets answered within a minute and they fix the booking without a fee
