I have AA & UA miles. Never knew that taxes & fees are not included with rental with AA miles. Does UA miles include tax and fee?
Also, What about the insurance? Since miles don't include it, what are my options? I do have private auto insurance. Does Amex sell premium primary collision coverage ? This is a rental within USA.
