I've tried Hi! in Singapore and found it to be a rather bad version of the Hi! I had all across China.. (much more pricy even compared to other local restaurants, less attentive service, extra charges for basically everything like sauces, water..) - so just because it's the same name, it's not necessarily the same product.
And if you don't speak Chinese, Hi! (und Little Sheep) are VERY good "easy starts" to Hot Pot while in China..
