i experienced this a while back. turns out the 30 day load limit was different from what literature said. i also had it happen late in the day - no explanation really. if you were able to buy a MO, i think it's gotta be on the loadable card side, and my guess would be you hit a load limit, no matter what the literature says.

I totally agree with the above. Either I hit some unpublished limit or a velocity limit, but I have tried the card since i originally posted and then tested at multiple locations and it still doesn't load with the same error message of "debit not approved, call authorizer'. That's why I said that I needed to wait until the first of the month to see if loading works again.
