We read we should try Haidilao for Sichuan HotPot
Never experienced all you can eat Hot Pot. KBBQ... Shabu Shabu yes.
Haidilao you can get in US at Arcadia mall...kinda like Little Sheep ...Intl franchise. They did have
pig brain on menu in Arcadia, was surprised. Should be able to find a little
more authentic Hot Pot. Have found snake hot pot in Shanghai, was quite a bit more expensive than in
south China but good quality.
