What is "self-centered and selfish" is of course dependent on personal opinion.

I would say I have suffered far more from "self centered and selfish" human animals than non-human animals. The ability to use language or engage in symbolic thought doesn't make anyone nice or pleasant to be around in a confined space by itself. I've had drunk humans pulled off of my flights by the cops. Haven't seen a drunk animal pulled off of a flight yet.

Not at all. But if you're flying VX to Vegas a lot, the kids are less likely to be there than in, say, a flight to Orlando.
