My question would be : will I be able to extract the Etihad PNR and attach my Etihad Guest Gold FF to get the tier points and lounge access instead of the Flying Blue FF ?
I have one Air France PNR but I am pretty sure I will have an other one only for Etihad.
Any thoughts ? or any prior experiences ?
Thank you,

Is the MEL-AUH ticket under AF code? If so, I would have thought that it would not be eligible for Etihad guest FF miles/points and perks. If it is under EY code, then the reverse is true: you will not be able to get FB miles/XPs and perks but you will be eligible for EY Guest miles/points and perks. You will need to make sure that it is properly entered at check-in.
Even if there are different PNRs for both airlines, entering one FF number on one and another on another will not have the desired effect: one is likely to prevail over the other although it is not entirely clear which one it will be. In principle, it is possible to enter a different FF number for different airlines on a single PNR. A good travel agent could do that but I am not sure that an airline reservation agent would know how to do it as this would be a rather unusual request for them.
