Air France and code share PNR

Hi All,
I am looking for flights for Christmas from Australia to France.
I found a great fare on airfrance.com.au where MEL-CDG is operated by Etihad.
My question would be : will I be able to extract the Etihad PNR and attach my Etihad Guest Gold FF to get the tier points and lounge access instead of the Flying Blue FF ?
I have one Air France PNR but I am pretty sure I will have an other one only for Etihad.
Any thoughts ? or any prior experiences ?

Thank you,
Thibault
