Escalate this. AA should respond by "retraining" the GA at a minimum and, as is likely, the GA has done this before, possibly termination. You apparently lost an earned published benefit so that the GA could make the young nonrev friend or family happy at your expense. This is theft from one's employer as actually giving you your earned published benefits serves a business purpose for AA.
