As long as a fare class is listed on the Delta website, it will get 100% MQMs or more. Unless it's an unpublished consolidator fare or something, it should be listed.

The chart as of Jan 1, 2018 lists the following MQM percentages:
J (expensive business): 200%
C,D,I,Z (discount business) and Y,B,M (full economy): 150%
U,K,W,P,F (economy), H,L,Q,T,E,N,S,A (discount economy), R,G,V (deep discount economy): 100%

The different tiers have different RDM and MQD rates, but for MQMs nothing is lower than 100% if you get anything.
