I do not know if this is related. I started to use a new BB card at WM. First GC load went through. But the 2nd GC load was not debit approved. Tried another cashier, same thing. Same grocery VGCs from Metabank. Since this is only the 2nd GC ever for this card, I did not have monthly limit problem. I'll try again next time.

The DG + Serve never gave me trouble.
