Item 2 - don't know how long it has been there. I think it has been there for awhile.
I seem to remember someone posting here that Y government fares didn't earn the CoS bonus and others have run into this with the second traveler on a Y fare companion fare ticket. I've noticed that IRROPS rebookings into Y don't post it either.
