To be fair, I occasionally get this behaviour from my 9 yr old. Whilst denying all responsibility that he has kicked his football over the fence/left his homework at school/lost his PE kit* and bursting into tears whilst he's denying it all and screaming that life is so unfair because he's been busted.
This behaviour from a multi million pound corporate that clearly doesn't give a toss about the law or their customers is nothing short of ridiculous
