I’ve had the Amex mail (first, incidentally) and now the BA one to add to my existing collection of 6 pathetic emails from BA. I am spitting feathers at the language in the new one:

if they replaced “this criminal activity” with “our incompetence” then we might be getting somewhere but they’re still behaving like a toddler who says they haven’t eaten a chocolate ice-cream whilst having their face covered in it.
