i’m sure many thousands of other BA customers have received the very same email - or will do by tomorrow.

I wonder will we also have the pleasure of another personal video appearance by Alex .......

No mention - surprise, surprise - or even a hint of possible negligence by BA in the email, or any sense of remorse for their own failures. Instead, an apology for “any worry and inconvenience this criminal activity has caused”
