Well, just did this again...
Had my account from which I redeem to my mileage account and my wife's, from which I redeemed to hers mileage account. I changed the name of her e-rewards account to mine and redeemed to my mileage account - and the e-rewards account was closed. Then redeemed from my e-rewards to the same mileage account and it was also closed. Both times the miles posted though. This definitely didnīt happen before.
So beware.
