Of interest - I got confirmation numbers for all three when I canceled BUT only 1 email has come through AND only one cancellation shows on the app/website under canceled.
I'm at the hotel and will check that their records are correct but I really don't understand how Marriott expects to keep customers with such ridiculous IT.
1 less digit means it is 8 digits. So it is the "new" reservation under Marriott System.
Few weeks ago I was told that they are in the midst of migration Four Point brands into Marriott Reservation System. I do not know if FP is done and now Sheraton or FP and Sheraton comes under 1.
