This happened to me today. I got 2 check-in notifications for my stay today and noticed that a duplicate was booked with the 3 day cancel. I call reservations and they were able to cancel it. She postulated that since I applied SNAs, the system may have made a second res with the suite instead of upgrading. I'm happy I caught it because she noted it was a legit reservation and I would have been charged a no-show fee.
At the end of the day, this integration is a total cluster and has cause increasing frustration. never thought i would consider switching, but i don't know how much more of this i can handle...
