Of interest - I got confirmation numbers for all three when I canceled BUT only 1 email has come through AND only one cancellation shows on the app/website under canceled.
I'm at the hotel and will check that their records are correct but I really don't understand how Marriott expects to keep customers with such ridiculous IT.
Sheraton MAY add an extra reservation when they are processing a major room upgrade, like to a premium suite. That you can clearly see when you log in and check out that new confirmation # .... it will show something like: : MOD USE ONLY. EXEC COMM/RM APPROVAL NEEDED
