I am having the same problem. I applied an SNA to a reservation on Friday and also on Saturday and for some reason it created a new reservation for each hotel after the SNA was applied. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get this resolved. The associate has been super nice and saying there are so many IT issues. She cannot even believe it but she needs a manager to correct it and they are so backed up. Just when I thought things were getting resolved...
