Stayed here once already! If you can get upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the epicenter it was breathtaking! Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast was cold European breakfast like most AC Hotels. Also there is ton of security you have to go through the bottom floor then to the actual lobby. They have a rooftop bar that has breathtaking views too! Have heaters up there so you should be fine. There is a dress code. So don't think you can get up there in sneakers or sweatpants
At first, it does appear that the AC breakfast is cold only. However, there should be some "menu card" of a couple of hot dishes that one can order from the server, as well as an omelette (not necessarily mentioned, but I understand can be prepared on request).
