AF posted a couple of weeks ago and downgraded Premier to Preferred yesterday (account number stayed the same). Agent mentioned it wouldn't be effective until December (but it shows Preferred online now). Question is, will I properly receive a full refund of the $95 annual fee since it's well within 37 days?
Update: AF refunded promptly and the account number stayed the same
