I think that's too much, too soon for a newbie MSer. If the gov't program stumbles into your Chex/EWS/Lexis Nexis report and see you have other accounts, your welfare benefits may be cancelled immediately w/o asking for an explanation so you have to be careful about that. Make sure to read and understand bust out score.
