On 10/2 I transferred 115,129 Marriot Points to ANA. They've been withdrawn from my account but still haven't appeared in my ANA account after 19 days. I called Marriot and ANA last week to see if they could see any updates and got a few interesting notes:

Marriot said they showed ANA received the points on 10/4 and ANA updates bi-weekly, so I should expect them by 10/18.

ANA said they didn't show any receipt of the points arriving and quoted Marriots 4-6 weeks language and that I needed to wait longer. She also claimed that upon receipt they go into your account instantly and didn't know anything about the bi-annual updates. Per previous posts, this doesn't seem accurate.

Will post an update when they're received.
Update:

ANA miles posted yesterday, 10/22 as two transactions of 38,376 + 5,000. In total it took 20 days to post. Based on my experience and the experience of a poster a few pages back, it appears they do update bi-weekly on Monday evenings.
