I'll requalify this year, but that I think will be it for me. I've been maintaining both AA EXP and BAEC Gold, even though the benefits are to large extent redundant. With my meagre 4 SWUs now clearing only about 50% of the time, and most of my domestic flights now flown in the back, AA EXP feels like too much trouble for too little reward. Plus AA downsizing its NYC operations, plus bad IRROPS and the general diminution in benefits as an EXP have contributed. I plan to keep BA Gold for the time being, which will get me most of the benefits when I fly AA esxcept for the UGs, which I'm not getting very often anyway.
