On their website for SWISS Business Lounge E, this is what I see:

If I remember correctly, *A rules mean you cannot have separate rules for revenue and non-revenue tickets if they are a reward flight. So I would assume an "I" class ticket would get me access to that lounge!

As for YUL, it'll be fun to see if I can get to use that lounge. Layover is only 80 minutes!
