MIA/LAX gets blanket and pillow on all flights, MIA/SFO gets nada. I think its limited to "transcon" flights. Other transcons that aren't "transcon" by AA standards bring a hoodie or shiver.

Interestingly a couple of months back a flew MIA/DFW PE sold as Y. Still got the International duvet, pillow and amenities kit. I'm sure it was a mis-provision.
