NRT–SIN is on Air Japan and SIN–HND is ANA. My arrival in SIN is @ 23:15 Friday with my departure at @ 11:00 Saturday.
This is a question for the operating carriers, the ticketing carrier has no role.
In particular, the carrier you check-in with. Is EWR-NRT UA?

With SIN an overnight connection, UA may not check thru.
