If I look back, I can see one past Avianca S class yielded 250 PQM, which is correct. However, several Lot Polish flight yield below the 500 minimum (taking into account of the % for the fare class).

So there is no way to verify this before taking the flight? The difference between 144 and 500 is enough to leave me outside of 1K.
