The Conrad Casino is on the Gold Coast. Do you mean Treasury Casino ? That one is in Brisbane.

The Hilton is on Queen Street Mall, really nice hotel, and very central. The Casino hotel is an old govt house on the river edge of Queen Street Mall (so just as centrally located as the Hilton), but rooms are a lot more traditional, and i'd guess more expensive.

But both are really good.
