Calling for Prestige retention is tiring. All the front line reps are just so eager to cancel my card and not let me through to speak to retention. I am on $350 AF and honestly I only use airline credit benefit. no 4th night free and no TY redemption - yet. I am leaning towards just cancelling it. Will try one more time week later and see what happens. Last year I got $50 mo. credit offer.
See my data point. I don't think there is a retention department anymore. My front line rep gave me a courtesy $100 credit and 2500 TYP without terms when I reiterated the benefits that have been lost since I signed up for the card.
