Seems like seats greyed with no head are those held for load control at the airport to allocate for wheel chair pax etc. It looks like a standard setting of 2J, 2K, 4A, 5A. This pattern was repeated for a number of dummy bookings I looked at.

Most airlines do this, sometime quite annoyingly if the cabin is quite full and a seat you may prefer is blocked like this.
