Security+train to Helsinki, tram+walk to ferry: 2 hours
waiting for ferry + ferry to fortress Island 1 hour
walking part of island(s) 2 hours
ferry back + tram and walk to railway station + wait: 1 hour
train to airport + security: 1,5 hours

8 hours should be enough but not much time for anything else.
